These terms govern your use of LOKL, a marketplace for buying and selling second-hand goods. By using LOKL you agree to these terms.
Who you are agreeing with
LOKL is a service operated by LL DATA ApS, a Danish private limited company (anpartsselskab), CVR 32287263, Klosterstræde 12, 3. th, 1157 København K, Denmark. “We”, “us” and “our” on this page mean LL DATA ApS. These terms are an agreement between you and LL DATA ApS. You can reach us about them at [email protected].
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using LOKL you confirm that you are at least 17 years old, that you have read and understood these terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use LOKL.
The service
LOKL is a platform that connects buyers and sellers of second-hand goods. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any item listed. We are not a party to any transaction between users and are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up or creating listings. You may not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade a suspension.
Listings
You may list items you own or have the right to sell. Listings must be accurate, include a fair description and photos of the actual item, and comply with Indonesian law. You may not list counterfeit goods, stolen items, regulated weapons, controlled substances, or anything prohibited by applicable law.
Transactions
Buyers and sellers agree on price, payment method, and handover between themselves. LOKL does not process payments or hold funds. You transact at your own risk. We strongly recommend meeting in a public place and inspecting items before completing a transaction.
Prohibited content
You may not post content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others. You may not use LOKL to spam other users, scrape data, or interfere with the platform’s operation. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Intellectual property
LOKL and its logo, design, and software are owned by LOKL or its licensors.
Licence to your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. You grant LOKL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, adapt and distribute your listings — their text and photos — to operate the service and to promote it and your listing. That includes posts, stories, reels and videos on social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram and WhatsApp, and paid advertising through networks such as Google Ads. This content may be generated automatically from your listing. Adapt means we may crop, resize, translate or place your listing in a larger design. We will not change what your item is or what it costs. If you remove a listing or delete your account, we stop using it in new promotion. Material already published may remain where it was posted, because a post already shared cannot always be recalled. You confirm that you have the right to post what you post, including any photo you did not take yourself.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOKL is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, transactions between users, or reliance on content posted by other users. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Termination
You may stop using LOKL at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, act in a way that harms other users, or if we cease operating the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of LOKL after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
